Can not Sign In or Chose Catagory

At first it allows me to sign into my Auctiva, but when I'm trying to list and want to choose a catagory, I get a pop up screen asking me to sign in & I'm already signed in.
I've tried several times to log out, then sign back in, but once I try click onto catagory, I'm still getting the sign in pop up.
I can't get around it, so can not list anything today. Anyone else having the same problem??

yep. filed a support case an hour or so ago. they told me its fixed and can't do anything.

i just lost a half of hour, editing items for relist and now they are gone.

this happened over the weekend too but it came back right away.

Same here, actually started around midnight eastern time last night, have logged in several times today and just ignored it. Now even slow loading pages.

Hi Community,

Thanks for posting here to make sure we are aware of this issue. We did encounter brief technical problem today that caused several users to be unable to successfully log into the site (or stay logged in) and, as "itsjustme" mentioned she was informed, the problem has since been resolved.

We have noticed that this has been happening every now and then as of late and we may have a solution in place that will prevent it from happening again as early as this week if everything goes as planned.

We apologize for any inconveniences this interruption may have caused.
