I just made my store categories with ebay and unable to update my settings to get them in my listings. What am I doing wrong? Please help! Thank you for any assistance. Michelle

Hello,
Have you updated your catagories here on Auctiva so they match what you have set up on ebay? To do this, click on the My Account tab, then click on ebay Settings, then click on Update ebay catagories. That should do it so that when you are creating a listing, you can choose which catagory you want the listing to show up in your ebay Store.
If you can't get the steps above to work, then I would suggest filing a support ticket here on Auctiva so that they can take a look at what the problem might be.
