CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE

Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me, once I have logged into auctiva to set up a listing for ebay, I manage to get down to the picture templates, then nothing happens when I choose one, the egg timer shows up and that is it, I may only be lucky and manage to get one listing through auctiva, can someone please explain what I am doing wrong, can you only get one listing at any one time.

Turn off all your popup blockers. Your web browser is blocking the screen that lets you choose your photos.
