Can someone please tell me how to change my user id?

Maybe I just need to put the crack pipe down here but I can't seem to find anything relating to what I'm trying to accomplish. I just ended all of my ebay auctions and squashed all of my store listings b/c my dropship supplier bent me over and had a field day.

What I want to do is keep all of my information that I have with auctiva as is but completely get rid of my ebay store all together and start over fresh. Is this possible? I want a new user id, a new store, etc. I DON'T want to have to start over with Auctiva though. Any help of info would be great!

I think it's possible but since you'd need a new token for the new ID I'm not sure it's something you can do yourself. You might file a support request (bottom of the Help page) and ask them exactly what needs to be done..
