Can't access HTML from saved listing

It may be something simple that I'm overlooking, but I can't access the HTML code from the saved listing ("actions"). I keep getting a little icon with an exclamation point and it just returns to the saved listings without showing the HTML. This also happens when I try to preview the saved listing, but not when I use the icon to create a similar listing. Has something changed that I'm not aware of?

My computer is set to accept pop-ups from Auctiva and I've never had this problem before now. I need the HTML so I can revise a listing already posted to eBay. I changed the order of the photos (in my Auctiva saved listing) and I need my eBay listing to reflect this.

Hope this makes sense, I'm not sure I've explained it as well as I could. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Thanks in advance for any help.

Problem solved ... I think.

It works now. I didn't do anything differently than I did yesterday or today. Maybe just a glitch?

But I am curious about that little icon that popped up - never saw it before yesterday.

Oh well, back to work!
