CAN'T ACCESS SUPPORT AND NEW LISTINGS DON'T WORK

I've been having problems that the NEW LISTINGS detail can't be saved correctly and won't show up correctly on PREVIEW. I CAN'T SUBMIT ANYTHING TO SUPPORT. It doesn't show up and no one knows that I'm having problems. Why can't I submit a Support Case? What's wrong?

Maybe someone here can help.
1.When I edit my description (move a paragraph) and I PREVIEW, it's not moved. If I save, it's still not moved.
2. My PROFILE DETAIL disappeared after I reported this. I recreated it and it's still empty when I select NEW LISTING.
3. I've tried twice to report this to SUPPORT and it's not showing up as a submitted problem. It's just not going anywhere.
CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT'S HAPPENING AT AUCTIVA?
