Can't attach photos to my auction!

I can't attach photos to my auctions. I get the loading "green bar" and it just sits there and nothing happens. Is this happening to anybody else?

+ click on MY ACCOUNT (top of page
+ click on ACCOUNT OVERVIEW
+ click on MY ACCOUNT
+ click on PREFERENCES
+ click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS (lower right)
+ click on ACCOUNT PREFERENCES
+ click on IMAGE MANAGEMENT
+ click on USE HTML UPLOADER
(last option in that section)
