Tried 7 times in a row, clicking on the link for templates and it just keeps jumping me to the top of the page so all 8 of my listings today have to have the same template. It won't let me change it! Anyone else?

Try this as a work-around....
See the Template Title fill-in box to the right of the Template Selector blue box. Click on the Template Title so the cursor bar blinks inside the Title box, then click on blue Template Selector box or the Choose Different Template link.
Note, this trick is moving "focus" from the jump-to areas like the FCKeditor IFRAME back to the top/main page without causing the jump.
I'm sure they are working to correct the scripts that probably were updated with addition of IE8 and maybe SAFARI (Yes, SAFARI seems to be working now), so these little tricks will hopefully give them time to get the code corrected. This is the most complicated page on the site, so it's nearly impossible to do 100% all permutations of page testing with this type of update.
