Anyone else having this issue? The whole box is blank even though it is a create similar auction and the box is blank for the description and I can't click into it Please help.

I had same issue and here is my response to a support request:
I checked the account preference within your Auctiva account and see that you are using old description editor. Please note that Our old description editor in incompatible with IE10 browser, and eventually you may need to start composing your listing's descriptions using the new 'Design Editor v2.0' Description editor entirely to avoid any such issues as reported by you.
To do so, please hover your pointer over the My Account tab and then click the Acct. Preferences button. In the ensuing page, tick the Use Design Editor v2.0 box, near the top of the page and save your changes.
Please be advised that once you switch to the New Description editor, you will not be able to switch back to the old editor as we are in a process to completely eliminate the old description editor from Auctiva.
