Thanks for letting us know that you were unable to get the support request form to load. I am not quite sure what may have caused that to happen so, if you are still unable to file a support case at this time, I recommend clearing your browser cache, restarting your browser and then trying once more to see if it will load successfully thereafter.

If you continue to encounter the same behavior after clearing your cache, you may want to try using an alternate browser as a potential workaround. The browsers we support (and links to where they can be downloaded from) are in the “Latest Browser” section on our FAQ page:

Also, I noticed that you posted on the thread located at https://community.auctiva.com/e...5609321/m/2017012336 about the package dimensions related errors that several users started to receive recently.

As I mentioned when I replied to that thread a moment ago, our technical team is currently looking into the cause of those errors and I will update it again to keep you all posted on any additional information which becomes available.
