Can't Find Images On Auctiva !

Maybe someone could please help me. I know my photos are uploaded but I can't see them unless I click on the photo icon. Autiva says they are there and they can see them. Any ideas?

Hi!
Have you tried to clear your browser's cache/history? Sometimes that's all it takes. I don't know why else you wouldn't be able to see them (I can see them too when I checked your account.) If that doesn't work for you, please file support ticket so that we can look into this further customer support.
