Can't find info on relisting

I just tried again to relist on eBay per other threads but eBay STILL wants to charge me for all my pics! I thought they couldn't do that since Auctiva is hosting them? Talk to Live Help on eBay and they insist that the extra picture fee is legit since they are providing the relisting and not Auctiva. Help!

eBay does not charge for pictures in the body of the description. That is where all Auctiva information is. When you attempted to relist did you try to edit pictures using the “Edit Pictures” on eBay?

No sir/ma'am. The only thing I edited was price and number of days. That's why I'm confused. Another eBay glitch? Tell that to Live Help. They insist that if they relist, they can charge for all pics even though they don't host them. Let me guess ... the Live Help rep is more green than me. LOL

One thing you can do is to never contact "Jive Help" if you want to keep your sanity.
I wouldn’t put it past feepay to try that. I will look later and see if I have a relist with more than one image and see what happens.

Just checked a relist with more than one inmage and it calculated the fee as one.

Currently, relisting with hopes of recovering your listing fee for when the item didn't sell must be done directly through eBay. We will be adding this feature with the release of our post auction management features in Spring 2006.
