Can't find my closed item - need to buy insurance!

Help! I had a few auctions close tonight - one customer paid for insurance already.
I went to my closed auctions to purchase the insurance and that particular auction does not show up in my closed listings.
It was the first listing to end tonight - the rest of the closed ones are on there but not this one.
How can I get an insurance policy for this customer???

Well, none of my listings that closed last night on ebay are in Auctiva today under 'closed'.

Is it also missing when you go to your Sales tab>Transactions? Do you have your account set up to automatically purchase the insurance from Auctiva if the buyer chooses it?

Yes, it was missing. I guess there was some sort of glitch in the system last night.
It has been fixed today and I bought my insurance.
