Perhaps it did not go through. I can't even get into the regular Auctiva website since this morning, it froze up when I was trying to post. I would use the support request form, I did and hopefully they will get back to me soon...

Is it on ebay now? If it is, it posted OK, obviously. In Auctiva, check your Active or Saved listings. should be in both of those.
