Perhaps this setting page only appears when you are launching auctions. So far I have not done so, am working on making sure all is well before hand so I don't have to fix stuff later.
Can someone please tell me if this is why I cannot find this page? The only settings I have found in my account are for stuff like shipping, etc.

My Account>Settings: Under account preferences uncheck “Enable Auctiva Store Window.”
Thanks, but there are only checkout settings, nothing for just settings. I wonder why?
If you click on the 'My Account' Tab, there will be a link to 'Settings' in the Preferences box right underneath the link to 'Change Password'. You might be looking at that little row of links directly beneath the My Account tab which only contains checkout settings.

Can I disable shhowcase for some listings and not others? Can I pick what goes into storeshowcase prehaps creating 2 sets of items? Couls I accomplish this by registering say twice with different auctiva ccounts linked to the same ebay account?

Unforunately, you can't pick which auctions get appended with the store window and which ones do not. It's an all or nothing thing right now. Our old posting software did let you do this, so it's probably a feature we'll be adding down the road.
However, you can add/hide specific items from appearing in the store window. This page is actually really hard to find on our site right now, but we'll be fixing that shortly. For now, you can go directly to the edit items page here:

As for your last question, each ebay Account can only be associated with 1 auctiva account.
