Can't Generate Ebay Token

Although I already have an ebay seller account,I'm unable to generate an ebay token. I get as far as clicking the button to generate it, and then nothing at all happens. I believe I'm supposed to be returned to Auctiva, but that doesn't happen, and Auctiva still says I need to generate the token to post and auction.

How can I get around this? Or make it work? Thanks!

Of course, my next question is this: If I still can't create the *@#] token, can I just give Auctiva my ebay sign-in and password and get listing? Thanks!

I am having the same problem. I have opened a support request, but haven't heard back yet. I would really like to get some items listed tonight, but that may not be possible

It took a day or so after I opened the support request to get an answer. One of the things I ended up doing in the meantime was to go to my profile for Auctiva and double-check everything.

Thanks! Support did get back to me, but I ended up figuring it out on my own. It was my browser. I was using Firefox. I switched to IE and the token went through just fine.
