Hi, sounds like a browser related problem, it infers a failure to connect to another part of eBay.

Please check that you a have not got too high a setting on any firewall or popup or cookie blocker.

Otherwise it looks like eBay support needs to contacting, but actually I think it would be best to file a support request here first as thes guys are much more likely to give you a useful response. If they cannot help then you need to contact eBay support Frown
