Can't generate token

Hi, sounds like a browser related problem, it infers a failure to connect to another part of eBay.

Please check that you a have not got too high a setting on any firewall or popup or cookie blocker.

Otherwise it looks like eBay support needs to contacting, but actually I think it would be best to file a support request here first as thes guys are much more likely to give you a useful response. If they cannot help then you need to contact eBay support

As a side suggestion to ChooChooGuys great info. If you cannot get it fixed try getting on a friends computer and see if you can generate the token. It will not solve your problem on your computer but it will get you going on here.

I have been having the same problem for the last few days too. Glad it's not just me!

Same problem here. I am a brand new user and just tried generating a token to no avail. I have a computer with a firewall and one without. No luck on either one.

Hi take a look at "ebay talk -> help with tokens" see if anything there helps, seems to be a common problem at present.

May be worsened by trying on Sunday night (UK time) as major selling time on eBay.

The fabulous support team have now sorted this problem- it appeared to be a problem with my internet browser, but thanks for all the helpful suggestions.

Anyone else having this problem, log the problem
with the Auctiva support team, and hopefully they will get it sorted for you
