I've tried all kinds of ways to use the bulk edit tool. I keep getting this message:
"0 had errors."
It will not revise the items.
Any thoughts?

I had this same problem way back when we had to take insurance blurb out of listings. I could never get it to work. I was told it was formatting issue and had to go in and individually fix each listing. I know some others had same issue.
You might try changing them directly in ebay system (that would not work for me either) but may for you.
I would sure write to support and get them to try it. Save yourself a step or two. Clear cookies, cache and let them know you did it when you write, as that is usually first suggestion for technical issues (or at least in my case it usually is).
