Can't Get Closed Listings into eBay Store

I have many old auctions (6 months old) that I would like to send to my eBay Store, but I’m having trouble getting them there.

With auctions that are not all that old, I go to Closed Auctions click on Import Listings which send the listings to Saved Listings where I can edit and list. When the older listings, I click on Import Listings, but they never appear in Saved Listings, and they are so old I can’t relist them as they have expired. Any ideas?

Hi Jo,

If they're older than 3 months (90 days), they probably can't be Imported. If you can't search the listing number and find them on eBay, they no longer exist at eBay for Import (or Relist).

Hi, Danno!

I was aware that after 90 days you could not longer view them on eBay, but I wasn't aware that they disappeared from Auctiva as well.

Isn't there a way to store older auctions on Auctiva until you want to list/relist them?

Unless I misunderstand Import, Auctiva Imports the listing from eBay. That's why it warns it can take time to complete.

Once a listing is a "Saved Listing", it is stored at Auctiva. That is the long-term storage.
