Can't get counters to work

I took a trail subscription to Sellathon, the supplier of Auctiva ad counters, some months ago -- long before I discovered Auctiva.
Sellathon at that time provided some great information, but more than I needed, so at the end of the trail period I dropped the subscription.
Now I would very much like to add the free Sellathon counters to my Auctiva auctions, but Sellathon only allows me to upgrade with them at some cost to me.
Is there any way around this roadblock?

Hi mrbooks,

Have you tried associating your previous Sellathon account with your Auctiva account? This can be done at Auctiva -> My Account(tab) -> Sellathon Settings by clicking the "Get Existing Account" button.

If that doesn't do the trick, I recommend filing a supoport request using the appropriate link on our help page:
