Can't get images to load

I tried for two hours to upload my pics for a new listing. Would not work no matter what I tried. I try again today, and no luck. I go to the message board and see that others have had similar problems. One suggestion was to drop and drag. I see that in order to do that, I need to log on with Internet Explorer instead of what I was using. I do that and I cannot even log in!! Go back to my usual browser and log in just fine. Help!!!
