I select the folder I want to upload and when I click UPLOAD nothing happens.. Anyone else having the same problem?

I am getting desperate: took 10 hours to load six saved listings yesterday. No reponse yet from Tech Support. Any suggestions are welcome. Hate to return to Ebay to list but am running out of time to get Christmas items going.

I don't know what's going on but this is getting old. Uploader won't work and I can not post pictures. Must be another site out there to use..

I can get the uploader to upload images but don't no how to get them onto my listing.
If I use the basic uploader I can upload an image onto the listing but the basic uploader is just not working anymore.
95% of images I try to upload fail and even when I can get an image to upload it make take hours to do one listing.
Does anyone know how to get images onto your listing using hte Auctiva Uploader?
