Can't insert picture problem....

Hi,
I can upload pictures to Auctiva just fine but when I'm creating a listing and click on the square to select a photo, it doesn't do anything at all...no pictures appear to choose from. It says error at the bottom of the page. Any ideas? Been going on for a week or so....

Unfortunately, I am having the same problem. It will not allow me to browse pix on my computer that I want to upload.

Same problem Failed error message when trying to upload images. Don't know the answer but really hope the issue is resolved soon
