Can't List - Says I Owe eBay $ - But I Don't!

I keep getting an API error that my eBay account is past due, but I have checked several times since and it isn't! My balance right now is zero, has been for an hour, and all of my listings are failing to list - even AFTER refreshing my token!! Now I'm going to miss my damn Sunday ending window.

I notice you said..'it has been for an hour'...Perhaps it takes longer than an hour for this to actually process through ebay. It may show 'zero' but in reality has not been processed all the way through.

I can't think of anything else that might be the issue. Give it a little more time I guess to see.
