I cannot either. I sent off a support case but have not heard back yet. I am thinking it must be a site problem. Not having any problems on any other sites. I used Explorer and firefox and it would not work on either
Did anyone get response from support to their tickets?
I realized this morning that I did not get the normal confirmation that I sent ticket. So went through my support tickets and my ticket did not go through.
Sure would be nice if there were announcement page that updates everyone that they are aware there is a problem and working on it. The way it is we do not know if they are even aware there is a problem.
Thanks for helping to bring this to our attention. As several of you have noted, we encountered some technical difficulties last night that caused users to be unable to access the Auctiva website or encounter errors if already logged in.
An announcement about this issue was posted on the following thread in the News section of our Community Forum:
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
