Can't log in all of a sudden

Hi,
I wrote customer service this a.m. - they finally replied to me at 1:45 (my time, EST). Ever since they emailed me all of a sudden I'm logged out, and can't log back in! Did they lock me out? I never log out or get logged out and IF I do, I can always log in. I think they must have locked me out for ???? why???

This is what I wrote them:

Now ever since you wrote me I can't log in. (I never logged out!) What happened all of a sudden? Is it because I complained?

Just tried logging in AGAIN and got

I had the same problem, no it's just slow. I should know better and do my listings when I usually do, which is in the middle of the night. They do too much playing around during the day I think. Quite frustrating, but it's the only game in town.
