Can't log in - HELP please

Hi there - I registered on Auctiva listings earlier today. This worked okay and the banner of links is displaying on my Ebay listings.

However, on my return to Auctiva I cannot log in. I have asked for password confirmation which I received. However, my log in is still not working. Can anyone help?

My user name is dragonflywholesaleltd - the same as my Ebay ID. Could someone please check this out for me.

Hi - it just returns me to the log in screen saying that my ID or password has not been recognised.

My only other thought is that I did not put my user name in properly. But it appears on my listings on the top of the showcase as dragonflywholesaleltd.

Strange. Probably your best bet for fastest help is to file a support ticket. Auctiva support usually responds promptly. They can check your account and see if there is something wrong. The link is below, scroll down to the bottom to submit a ticket.

Hello

This same problem is happening to me - When I try to open a support ticket, I get to the bottom of the form and there is no way of sending the ticket on to Auctiva

No send button etc, Whats that all about ? :-)

The main Auctiva site has been unaccessible for a little while - do you think this could be part of the problem?
