Can't log in to Auctiva. Help.

My grandson deleted all log ins, passwords, etc. from my computer. I forgot my auctiva password, so wrote asking them to send it. They did, and I tried to log in. It dodn't work. I tried my ebay name, and my email address. Nothing will let me log in. Please tell me how to contact a person on auctiva, or any suggestions for me. Thanks.

In order to receive assistance with this issue, please contact our customer support team by completing the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx. Since it sounds like you can't recall your username, you can just leave the "UserID" field on the help request form blank.
