Can't log into eBay

For the past couple of days, I have tried to log into my eBay account, and I keep getting a message screen that says I cannot connect; maybe there's a problem with my internet connection or the site is having trouble, yada yada yada. Is anyone else having trouble getting in to eBay>

No problems here at all. Are you having problems logging into any other websites?

No problems, so far, with any other sites. I go through Internet Explorer for my websites; a tech had me install FireFox. I can get into EBay from there, but it still didn't fix my problem of not being able to get in through Explorer. I just don't understand why.
