Can't navigate site

I am trying to do my first listing and no matter what I do I Keep getting redirected to the home page as though I am not signed in. I need to upload images and that is not working either.I am not able to do anything.
I did get my ebay token.

Hi Jen - First I would make certain that you have cookies enabled. Then you might try clearing your PC's cache, cookies, and temp files. If all efforts fail, you should file a support request from the Help page, and have tech support take a look at your situation.
