Can't preview saved listing

I haven't had this problem in the past so I'm hoping that it's temporary. I switched to IE so that the Auctiva pages would load faster and I downloaded ActiveX to be able to load my images in bulk but now I can't preview my saved listings. Does the problem have something to do with my changes or is it an Auctiva problem?

Check and make sure the pop-up blocker is turned off.
