Can't revise active Auctiva listings description

I cannot revise my active listing. I sign into Auctiva. I go to the active listing. I click on the item # which takes me to the eBay listing. I click on revise item. But when I click in the description I never get a cursor so I cannot revise the item. When I mouse over it all I get is the crosshairs. What am I missing?

You usually need to revise the active listing in Ebay. Sorry about that. If there's another way, I don't know it yet.

Yep. We've sold over a thousand items for charity under another ID without using Auctiva (since Auctiva isn't compatible with MissionFish) and we have revised plenty of them, but coming back to Auctiva for our personal auctions and going to eBay to revise the item I find that I cannot revise the description. I can't even get a cursor. It could be many things but I can't help but think it is something to do with Auctiva.

never any problems here revising a auction , unless to close to end time
