I have 98 items listed and I can only see 84 in Auctiva. The missing ones were listed today (more than six hours ago). I have tried refreshing but they do not appear. What do I need to do to see all my active listings?

I am noticing this too...It's a pain, but I have been scrolling to the bottom of the listing page to 'the older version'. THAT one is always correct. I can't seem to find anything on the new page, LOTS of stuff missing 
Another semi-related question: I like to see the number of hits and watchers in my list of active listings and while the watchers are there the hits show '0' or much lower than the actual hits showing in eBay or Blackthorne for the same item. How can I make sure this information is pulling accurately?
I know for the hits column to display anything you need to be using the free Sellathon counters that Auctiva provides. If you are using the eBay counters or some other type of counter, then you wont see the hits in your Auctiva account. Also, you should be able to contact Auctiva support to have them run a command on your account to pull in the rest of your active listings.
