Hello, thank you for your time. I was wondering if there is a way to relist through auctiva? I can't seem to either figure it out or find the option? Any help woudl be great! Thanks in advance!

By relist do you mean post an auction again because it didn't sell and you want a refund from eBay? Or do you mean just post an identical auction to one you've posted in the past?
ooops... I mean I listed the item & it did not sell so I want to relist it again but want to know if I am able to relist that particular auction (getting refund from ebay if it sells the second time). Thank you for your time...
Currently you can't do this from Auctiva and get the credit from ebay, so just go to ebay and hit the relist button!
Ahhh Shucks...... That is really silly. I like the showcase & if you do not list auction through auctiva then it will not be included in the showcase.... Hmm...sad.. Thank you for all of your help everyone. take care

Sure it will still be there even when you relist from ebay!

Items that are listed through eBay can still be included in the store window. It typically takes 4-6 hours for listings posted directly through eBay to be imported into Auctiva and appended with the store window, but may take up to 12 hours in some cases.
