Emailed support yesterday:
Counters not showing on ebay items, can't sign in to check counters on by account. When trying to login it tells my password is wrong, which it's not. If I try to retrieve password it says email address is wrong which again it's not.
So what to do now and where are my counters?

Got an answer from support that my name and email address don't exist. But it's the same name I have been using for a couple of years on Auctiva, same password and email. Somehow my email gets a bill every month and they take a payment for PayPal every month.
Any ideas?
