can't upload images

This is the first time I've used Auctiva. I tried to make a listing today. However when I tried uploading images, I could only upload one at a time and then not at all. I keep getting the "This page can't be displayed" message.
What am I doing wrong????
I'm trying to upload in the listing itself. Should I try it another way?

Hi try going from this link and uploading your images. If you are using internet Explorer use the drag and drop uploader. If not use the Java uploader http://www.auctiva.com/hostedimages/landing.aspx
