CAN'T UPLOAD PHOTOS

when i click on "select" to add picture, i get a pop-up saying "if i leave this page i'll lose my work" OR i get the browse page, click browse, get my picture, upload (says picture is uploaded). try to go back to ad form, and its just a blank page. when i do get back to the ad form, it does not show my picture.

Hi catiedid,

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties that you experienced. I am not aware of any technical issues on our side of things that would explain the behavior you described so I suspect that there was a conflict between something on your browser (such as temporary internet files or pop up blockers) and this aspect of our software.

If you are still experiencing this problem, the first thing I recommend trying that may resolve the issue for you is to clear your browser cache and then restart your browser.

If you continue to encounter the same problem after clearing your cache, I recommend contacting our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab and clicking the "File Support Case" option.

Also, while several of us do peruse our Community Forum and make contributions quite regularly, in the event you would like assistance directly from our staff, the quickest and most effective way to get the assistance you need is to file a support case.
