We are sorry to hear you were affected by the issue with the Image Management area of accounts. We did experience difficulty on Saturday that affected some accounts and their ability to use the Image Management area. The issue was intermittent but resolved later in the day.

Back then I also had an error when uploading photos but I remember it was fixed quite quickly. I appreciate the quick updates of this app.
