Hi PhilthyCollins,

I do not know of a way to populate the “Ship To Locations” area on our lister page during the process of uploading listings from a CSV file, but is not actually necessary to populate that section unless you would like to make shipping available to international destinations that are not specifically listed under one of your international shipping options.

For example, as long as you specify that at least one of your international shipping options is available worldwide, your product listings will still reflect they are available worldwide even if you do not check any of the boxes in the main “Ship To Locations” section.

You can specify that a given international shipping options is available to buyers around the globe by entering “worldwide” in the column you are using to indicate the ship to locations for that specific shipping service and mapping it to the corresponding “International Shipping Service Locations” field.

The options that must be incorporated into your CSV files in order to upload them into our system using this tool are very similar to those that are created when you export listing data from eBay's Turbo Lister in the form of a File Exchange Format CSV file.

As such, you may want to create a listing which uses your normal options through Turbo Lister (which can be donnwloaded from http://pages.ebay.com/sellerin...ces/turbolister.html) and then export it as a CSV file to get a high level view of how a file which contains as many listing details as possible may be formatted.

Hi PhilthyCollins,

It is not currently possible to incorporate shipping profiles or Auctiva listing templates into your CSV files, but both of these options can be applied to your listings in bulk from your Saved Listings page once you have uploaded them.

If you select one or more items on your Saved Listings page and click the "Find and Replace" button, you should be able to add a template to the selected listings by choosing the "Listing Template" option from the "Select Field to Edit" drop down menu and proceeding as directed.

Similarly, you should be able to apply a shipping profile to the selected listings by choosing the "All Shipping Fields" option from that same menu.

Hi PhilthyCollins,

Yes, "Listing Designer" is the paid feature eBay offers which is similar to our templates, and it is not possible to use that option when listing through Auctiva. Although that is technically a Turbo Lister accepted field, it is not something that would be transferred during the CSV upload process.
