Can you change a template once it's listed? | Auctiva

I listed something, then realized I liked another template better, but when I tried to change it doesn't let me. Keeps forwarding me to the ebay site and I don't want their templates. I guess there is no way to revise a template once it's listed? Is that right?

Hi,

You can change the template using the method in the following post:
changing photos in an active listing

When you use this method, after you make your revisions to the listing in Auctiva, you are copying the entire HTML for the listing including the template. I have changed templates, photos and just about everything else this way.

Let me know exactly what it is saying to you when you try.

Thanks again Terence. Those HTML garbly gook symbols jack me up every time.
