I was wondering if you can change the sequence of listings in the gallery? I want it to scroll random listings instead of the ones ending sooner so people can see a more different variety of items.

No, it is not currently possible to adjust the order in which items are displayed in your scrolling gallery. However, if there are certain items you would like to be displayed in your scrolling gallery you can markthem as "featured" using the "Manage Items" tool under the "Store" tab within your account.
If you mark a given item as "featured", it will be displayed in your scrolling gallery the next time it refreshes which happens automatically every 4 hours, and it will remain in your scrolling gallery at all times until it ends.
