Can you revise your flate rate shipping after an item is listed?

I posted an item and then shipped an identical one and lost over $100 in shipping. I want to go and raise the shipping costs on the active listing. Is there anyway to do this? When I go through ebay it doesnt have an area, hoping I'm missing something. There is one bid, but the reserve has not been met. Thanks!

Hi foremanfamilyattic,

The reason you are unable to revise the atarting price of this listing is because it has already received a bid. The only way to accomplish this would be to end the listing early and the re-list it to reflect the correct shipping charges.
