Cancel Account

I had a former employee who used our company card to sign up to Auctiva. We are receiving monthly charges on this account and unable to cancel since he left the company. I have tried calling support to no avail. Anyone know how we can cancel a subscription?

Hello Eugene,

It is not required that you log in to an account to be able to file a support case from under the Help tab of the site. Please file a support case with the details that you have regarding this account and the payment method you are using and we can take a look into the account and assist you with regaining access to it or closing it as you need.
