I set up my auto relist profile wrong and now it's relisting things that sold. When I go to eBay to cancel the listing it's not canceling. HELP!

Goto the Active Listings page at Auctiva and CANCEL the auto-relist on the specific listing first, before you do the cancel at eBay.

I see the stop auto relist but not cancel - is that the same thing?
Yes, use the STOP to cancel.

Ah, yes, you are telling me after the horse is out of the barn. I stupidly kept canceling through eBay and ended up costing me $10 - Auctiva takes a little fine tuning for me. I appreciate your help.
