Hi is this for the new Auctiva Commerce store account? If so there is NO way to do this right now. I too have asked this question and it is not available right now. Just put in a support ticket and when it is available to do so then the powers that be will take our names off their lists and close the store. I am so frustrated that I could scream but I know no one will hear me. Lol.

If it's just the regular Auctiva store, you would have to cancel your entire Account...the store is a freebie that comes with membership.
