Cancelled listings still appear in store

Isn't Auctiva's 'Active' list linked to eBay's Active list? When I have my listings canceled and refunded in eBay, they still appear in the Auctiva store even after a day.

Is there anyway to correct this or I have to wait until the old listings expire?

Thanks Mike. As per instructions from Support, the problem is solved by Hiding the invalid items in the 'Store Item' settings.
