Cannnot uploas images runs very slow

I have tried every thing and nothing works. I want to try uninstalling and reinstalling but I cannot find Auctiva to do this. it is not in the programs or other hidden places.

Any ideas on how to do this?

Can you further explain what problems you are having uploading pictures? I just posted some problems I'm having & was wondering if you're having the same problems.
