Hello can anyone tell me how to add in best offer option, have searched and cannot figure out how to add this to my auctions, do not seem to have this option anywhere. please help, sincerely terri

not really sure since I dont use Auctiva to list, but you could always edit your listing in My eBay page and add Best Offer
You have to have a feedback score of 10 in order to do this. In case you DO have 10 or more...check 'fixed price' at the very top of your listing page. As you continue you'll see the space to put your 'Buy it now' price, and under that is a box you can check that says 'accept offers from bidders' (or something like that).
