Hi Community,
Thanks for contributing to our forum. A few of us in the office actually experienced the exact same uploading problem over the past few days and, upon looking into it further, we found that the Java plugin used by the Auctiva Uploader had become automatically disabled because of a conflict between that version of Java Platform and Firefox.
If you are still experiencing this problem, you will first want to select “Add-ons” from the “Tools” menu within Firefox and then select “Plugins” on the ensuing page. Among the plugins listed, you should find a disabled one called “Java(TM) Platform” that has a message above it indicating that is has been disabled due to a stability issue.
If you click that message, you should be provided with a link to download the latest version of Java. However, if you do not see that option for some reason, you should also be able to download the latest version of Java from the following site:
http://java.com/en/download/index.jspOnce you have installed the latest version of Java, you will be prompted to restart your browser. After completing that process, you should be able to use the Auctiva Uploader successfully once again when you return to Auctiva.
I am not sure what may be causing the spell check problem reported in this thread, but that is something we could look into further if a support case is filed. If you need any further assistance with either of these issues, please contact our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab and selecting the “File Support Case” option.
