Hi - Have filed a support case for this but am wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing. If I click on any of my saved listings in order to view or edit them, there is a longer pause than usual, and then I receive an error message that Auctiva is experiencing a problem and to try later or file a case. This has been the problem for many hours for me now and so I have not been able to edit saved listings since Wednesday. Anyone else? Anyone have a work around? Thanks!

I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing difficulty with your saved listings. We are not aware of any widespread issues with working on Saved Listings and I was not able to reproduce the issue at this time. If the issue persists for you, I suggest that you continue with your existing support case or file a new one if you have not already done so that provides all of the details of what you are encountering, such as the full text of any error messages as well as your browser and operating system information and we will be happy to look into it further. We may need to request some additional information from you for troubleshooting purposes should this behavior continue for you.

As for an issue with the lister for 11 Main, please file a support case directly with 11 Main letting them know the details of what you are experiencing there and the 11 Main support team will be happy to look into any issues occurring there.

Hello grandgift_hk,

it sounds like that might be related to your browser as we are not aware of any issues that would cause a browser to close when one is deleting images, so perhaps clearing your browser's cache prior to trying again would assist.

If that does not help, please file a support case or continue with an existing support case providing the full details of what you experience in the case and we will be happy to look into it for you.

We have not been able to reproduce an issue with browsers when attempting to delete images in an account, so it remains unclear what may be occurring for you. I suggest that you file a support case with us that includes your browser and operating system information as well as a few examples of images where you have encountered this issue and a full description of what occurs (including the text of any error message you might see) so we can take a look into it for you.
